仕事内容

RWS グループでは、特定の検索クエリに基づいてテキスト、音声、画像、または動画の検索結果を評価し、フィードバックを提供する検索エンジン評価者を募集しています。このプロジェクトの目標は、プロジェクトに評価を提供することで、人の意図を理解できるようにオンライン検索エンジンのトレーニングを強化することです。

必要な設備

• 高速で信頼性の高いインターネット接続（ケーブルモデム、DSL など）
• スマートフォンと最新バージョンの Google Chrome を実行できるパーソナルコンピューター
• ウェブサーフィン時にコンピュータを保護する最新のウイルス対策ソフトウェア
• Windows または Mac OS X オペレーティングシステム

• 英語に堪能で、指示やガイドラインに従うことができる
• ネイティブレベルで日本語に堪能
• プロジェクト全体を通じて品質と精度の要件を継続的に維持できる能力
• ペースの速い環境で作業する能力
• 日本で人気のカルチャーに関する深い理解
• ウェブに精通しており、検索のエキスパートである
• 責任感がある、信頼が置ける、コミュニケーション能力が高い
• このプロジェクトに参加できるのは 1 世帯につき 1 名のみ

アピールポイント

• 1つのタスクにかかる時間は3～6分程度です。
• タスクがアサインされると48時間が期限となります。アサインされた数のタスクを一気にやっていただいてもかまいませんし、48時間の中でご都合にあわせて細切れで対応していただくこともできます。生活にあわせてご対応いただけます（例えば空き時間に数件ずつやって、夜にまとまった量をやる、等）。
• お一人あたり少なくとも週に10時間分はお願いしたいです。もちろんそれ以上やっていただける方がいらっしゃれば大歓迎です。
